No. Standard packages have no setup fee. You only pay your monthly subscription once you've approved the preview and chosen a package.
Yes. Annual billing saves you approximately 30% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between billing cycles when renewing.
You can cancel at any time. We can export your website content for you. Note that hosting and maintenance stop at the end of your billing period after cancellation.
Yes. You can upgrade your package at any time. We'll adjust your billing and add the new features to your website.

Yes. We can help connect your existing domain or guide you through the setup process. If you don't have a domain yet, we can advise on where to register one.
No. We handle all the technical setup for you. You just need to be able to follow a few simple steps to point your domain to our servers — and we'll guide you through that too.
After approval, payment, and domain setup, many websites can go live within 24–72 hours. Domain and DNS changes can take up to 24–48 hours to propagate globally, but we guide you through the process.
Yes. Every website we build is fully responsive and mobile-friendly. Most local business customers search on their phones, so this is a priority for every project.
Changes & Support
Restaurant Plus customers can update menus and specials via an optional editing panel. For other packages, simply email us your changes and we'll update the site for you.
Small text updates, contact detail changes, opening hours, and basic content edits are included. Larger structural changes or new pages may be quoted separately depending on your package.
Email support is included with all packages. We aim to respond within one business day. Growth and Restaurant Plus customers receive priority support.
